Big feet - tall butt...

One of the reason we are going out is to find a wider shoes for my 6 year old. He seems to have a wider feet compare to his big sister and little brother. Definitely got it from me, poor boy! Luckily, there are wide shoes for men - it'll certainly make things a lot easier. Besides a wider feet, it is also longer and I bet he is going to be as tall as his Daddy in the future. Ah, makes me happy of course. It is one thing that every Mother dream of - to have a son or kids that grows taller than them. Well, I have a stumpy butt so, it will be nice to see my kids grow tall. Bigger feet shows it all!

I got really annoyed with the hubby this morning and partly was my fault but hated to admit it. After breakfast I went upstairs straight away leaving no words but grief to him. He came after me within 10 minutes apologising although he wasn't his fault. PMT it is for sure. But, to make the story short, we made-up and now is heading off for a little shop. Sticking to the budget...

The bucket list of things we need when we move is endless. Just added suv bike racks to it and more. Oh, have to really stick to the budget this time so we'll survive longer, lol. I have decided to stop any impulse buying and stick to what we need first - food, schools and house bills only no clothing as we have plenty. And so far so good! So, long it may continue.

Who's your favourite artist? I love Katy Perry lately - her songs are fun, lol. I just recently listen to her music via my daughter's iphone as she likes her and started downloading her music via apps. Just ohhh....like a fireworks, lol. Anyway, this apps thing is so freaking addicting, I can spend hours on it. I'm trying to distract away myself from it, don't you worry. But if you happen to bump in and I don't notice you then you'll know why, lol.

My kids love music

My 6 yr old has been bugging me about how he wants to join the recorder club. But, the problem is, it has been full since the first term, I don't know what to do. I can't drive to take them to the place where there is one. I really like them to develop their music ability. My daughter loves playing piano and she self-taught herself and to be fair, she's learnt a lot in the past couple months and was able to play at the school concert last month. The other thing she likes is singing. Oh, it would be really nice for them 2 to learn guitars as my son shows interest since he started playgroup. Oh, I would love them to have all that chance to experience and learn. But everything has to wait till we move...

I spoke too soon in regards to our weather here in Southeast, well generally the entire UK. Who can blame me? Honestly, the autumn was warmer compare to our summer and I kind of enjoyed it until this past couple weeks it suddenly turn horrible - cold and gray. Winter must be here! I thought we were lucky this year for the weather but hey, how wrong was I? I just have to accept that for my entire life I'll have this miserable winter. Oh well...

One of the attraction in my kids new school-to-be is their very own ski slopes. They made a dry ski slopes for their children to learn skiing as their part of their extra curricular activities. I am very excited for my kids for I know they'll have the best out of that school. Moving to Wales will benefit them more than us. It's one of the reason why I didn't hesitate about the plan.
It is one of a lifetime opportunity and glad that we grabbed it. Other plans for 2012 is for the family to go for skiing and maybe a ski lesson for me so I can catch up with the kids. Oh, here's an exciting news for everybody who thought of going to ski...a company that I stumbled into has launched a fantastic programme of ski deals for 2012. This is great to hear, right? Let us be practical! Nowadays, let say - even if we have a quite amount of money sitting in the bank still we have to be practical and always think of the best deal before committing to something. Like running a car cost a fortune these days. So, its just right to find a Cheap Car Insurance available and to always stay on the budget. Controlling expenses can be daunting but there ain't impossible things if we are wise enough to look around for great deals. There are tons around and it just need patience and time to compare car insurance prices. Besides, its not the only bills we have to pay - there are loads others that is why sometimes we go over budget. Keeping control of our outgoing cash is a must and keeping list is also a key. We have to be tight otherwise we can just spend money like water if not careful. To afford the future is to save today! Set aside priorities and only spend for the basics needs. Must avoid impulse buying and all that cost everything adds-up. It's difficult to earn but easy to spend. Waste not want not! Best is to look for bargains and above all, keep a car that is less costly and always buy the cheapest car insurance available. It helps a lot!

Loaded of Chores...

I shouldn't be sitting here in my PC now for I can't afford wasting a seconds of my left over time cleaning the entire house for K's make-over party tomorrow. Not to mention, the pile of ironing that need to be done upstairs is unbelievably high. I can't imagine finishing it all today but at least a little amount would help the room a little tidier. Plus, the hallway and living room full of Christmas ornaments that Daddy brought home last night from Grandpa and Grandma's garage. Boxes are everywhere in the house - its impossible to move around. The kitchen is such a mess after kids breakfast this morning and I have to cook food for lunch and never mind that, my breakfast first. Ah, tons of things need to be done so, I have to get my butt off here in the PC and start moving. Grrrrrrrr

Hubby is finally back from work and from PIL's house picking up more Christmas ornaments and trees. Yes, how many more Christmas tree do we need? Just one more...

Now, I am anxious to put it all up and decorate the whole dining room, hallway and living room. Plus, we might put some extra decorations to the kids playroom. Ah, joy of Christmas is unbeatable for sure. This whole festivities excite us more and more - year after year. The thing is, we can create more fun stuff for everyone to enjoy. Continuous wet weather...

It's raining so hard in here today since this morning until now and its already 2 to 9pm. I bet its going to be muddy tomorrow on the way to the kids school, especially in our road here that isn't concreted. In some ways it feels and looks like I'm in the town where I was born and raised in the Philippines. Imagine how horrible it was for me today to go picked up my kids from school pushing along William inside his chair. The part I most hate is when we get back and get inside the house with our very clean and mopped floor. Oh, how muddy the pushchairs wheels! Weather like this made me think of getting a license to drive. I thinks its about time to get started and stop this putting-off 'til tomorrow business. I had enough struggles walking the wet and sticky mud. I wish its easy to get the driving license! Oh well...

A good start for Dec..

December has been great so far. I'm going to be a busy bee this month - with work, home, and parties. And I'm sure everyone too. On the weekend, I went to my son's Christmas fair and lucky enough to win a prize from the raffle. Not, a major prize but little things are blessings too so, I'm grateful for it. After that, we head back home straight away for the wind was strongly blowing that caused everyone a chill. But, I'm glad I had the chance to photography my kids and myself of course. The sun shone all day, at least!

Disney World Dream Vacay

We are slowly sorting out the kids passport at the moment. My older two both are expired and my little one is just about to have his first. Then, it will just be me left to sorted and that can wait for next year. I'm not ready to sing the British National Anthem yet maybe sometimes in spring 2012 when I'm both mentally, physically and financially ready. And by then, we hope to have the dream family disney world vacation in summer 2012. I'm not holding my breath though because we often don't go with our plans. I'll just have to hope for an even better brand new year and a good health for everyone. How's that?

Since we moved up here in our current house we have been offered to visit and take a look at the horse ride courses that is just down the road. Unfortunately, until now we haven't had any chance and that's a shame because apart from it is very convenient its also very affordable. But, I guess with all the gears and the accessories it will then add up and become costly. Well, there ain't no cheap nowadays anymore. My box is overly filled and no doubt, I'll be charged extra for it, like always, lol. Anyway, I get too excited buying stuff for my family in pinas without thinking that it could be too much already. I filled it with all sorts, food, accessories but mostly clothing and sweets. Also, few mobile phones. Not all brand new - my old ones and a couple of brand new. I still pondering of buying an HTC and even more after seen htc buy online with their awesome deals at the moment, so tempting. But, have to stop myself for I'll be spending more money the following week as it is my eldest birthday. Can't do without a party, she'll get upset. I already promise and so be it! So not buying HTC now maybe next year. The gadget is too good not to have one - yeah, next time and that's certain!

It's this time of the year again where fireworks display are everywhere. I don't know what is is, but whenever I hear or see fireworks it reminds me of my homeland. I couldn't love it more! Now, at store where I work, fireworks are out for sell - buy 1 get 1 free for selected products and my favourite is, the "Defiance" - pricey, but cool. Would love to buy it for this coming Guy Fawkes day. We always celebrate it with my in-laws and part of it is my girl's birthday. Yes, what a coincidence! Looking forward to it! Happy occasions like this help me forget the cold weather, lol.

It's been a month now that I search for a local photography school but haven't really find any that is reliable and accessible for a Mum who isn't mobile like me. Well, online there is ICS learning that offers a course for £450 something and I think its the best one I could find. I told hubby about it and he agreed 100% - in fact, he is the one who've been bugging me all this time. And after photography course I can proceed to fashion and design which I think both course works perfectly. It's my dream and my passion and had to give it a shot. Photography and fashion are my other 2 love of my life.

Half-term is coming and the family are planning for a trip to Wales again for 3 days and 2 nights. So, I am left to get our stuff sorted for this trip. With 3 kids in tow I'll sure will packing the whole closet and one or 2 luggage won't be enough. Perhaps, I have to practical and just bring what we really need. Or else, look for an excuse to buy a new Osprey Backpacks. I like the quality, simple as that. Well, I have the time all day today to shop, be it online or going to the town as one my fave shops are doing 50% sales. Gotta get ready if that's the case as it is already half passed 1pm. Only few hours and my 2 boys will be back from their day out.

Too cold

I planned to take my 2 kids to the town today to run errands but the weather made me too lazy to even go downstairs and have my breakfast. We refused to turn on the heater yet because its till October. Also, we are saving as we are not in the flat anymore in which will consumed more gas and will rake up our bills. But it's so freaking cold that I even shivers. Already wrapping my self up with few layers and socks. Oh gosh, its feel so winter already. How can this be?

Project Manager Jobs are fairly limited nowadays. Since our economy crisis is still ongoing and many companies are cutting out staff that causes thousands of jobless people all over the nation. I just wish this will resolved soon but as they say...it'll get worst before it gets better. That is why youngster should focus their education always as it is the key point for a better future and career. Parents should always encourage their children to do better in school. As a mother, I always taught my kids to be more independent and responsible is such a very young age because we never know what comes tomorrow. Well, myself is looking to improve my job and long-term career and since the company whereI work has a huge opportunity, I am not that worried anymore. Also, I'll be pursuing my study soon if not later next year to build-up for a better career.

Samsung Led TV's

We first bought our samsung led television was few months ago for the kids playroom. Its a bit extravagant for us to put up such a quality television in kids area where accident can happen anytime. The shop where we bought it from was offering a great deal of insurance in case of any damages and such. Without hesitation we insured for we know the capabilities of our children especially the boys. They'll love throwing toys inside the playroom no matter how many times I told that its not good for it only damage furniture and appliances but as always they choose not to listen. Ah, I just rely on the quality and durability of the Samsung led and looks like its going to last for many years to come yet. The picture quality is so worth every penny. I highly recommend it!

Maturity must be...

There was onced rebellious girl turned spoiled brat when she got married to a guy who did everything for her and put up all her crap behaviour from their courtship to marriage life. She was so demanding and always yelling, whining, whinging to her husband to get what she wants. The poor guy was also giving-in all the time for he was afraid to lose her. To make the long story short, they have kids and this used to be bratty girl now a woman became nice and sensible. It was when she start working then she realised how it is hard to earn money and that spending it like water was not smart idea. She then thought how hard must be her husband dealing with all those household bills, expenses at the same time providing her demands, in the past. Luckily, her mind was enlighten before it was too late for them them to build an ideal family. Now, this sensible woman/wife/mother put her kids first before herself. She also able to contribute to their family needs even in a little way. Must be maturity and now they are living happily together. The end....

not ideal ways of parenting....

As a child I was brought up with a super disciplinarian/strict parents. We get grounded every mistake without given any second chances at all. They were so strictly on us (literally) and was not very supportive with our childhood needs and wants. They didn't like the idea of having friends and hanging out with them as if they didn't passed all that stage of their life. Oh dear, still so fresh in my mind how my Mum used to pinch our ears, slapped us in front of our classmates or friends, beat us with sticks and how my Dad used his belt to hit us too. But, instead of getting scared we turned even more rebellious. Don't get me wrong, I love my parents so dearly and until now, I helped them financially and I even missed them. But I disagree all that way of parenting. Imagine, how I missed schools because my body were covered with bruises? I really don't want anybody to see or know that I was beaten by my Dad or Mum but eventually we got used to it and couldn't care less. It wasn't just us though, because pretty much all the parents in our town were the same. They think beating their children was a better way to raise them or make them obey rules. It wasn't that bad I supposed for I grow up with a full loads of respect to my parents and love them unconditionally. I can also see the guilty feeling after my parents beat us. But never heard them saying sorry to us afterwards. I guess, having too many children is not ideal unless you are Bill Gates who can afford to feed limitless kids and hire thousands of nannies. Well, Hubby and I hope that we can raise our kids in a right way with God's guidance.

A little something for my brothers...

Another shopping extravaganza today right after my work. Hubby and the kids came to pick me up and decided to have lunch where I work and went shopping afterwards for my box. It's kinda full now but still there is some space for loose ball bearings that I plan to send for my brothers motorbikes. The amount of bearings they need each year is uncountable. So, might as well give them some extra bits to lessen their expenses. If you are Filipino, you know how little money you earn and the cost of living is quite expensive. So, a simple way of helping them is through my box that contents with useful goodies. I can't wait to send it and my target is the end of this month so it'll arrive there end of Nov just in time for Christmas. Sounds a great timing, eh?

I'm so not feeling since I came back from our very short summer break. I must have caught some bugs somewhere in that trip and until now I'm still a little drowsy, sluggish and lazy. I haven't done anything at all apart from loading and unloading the laundry. In other term, I am not motivated in doing chores. Might as well wait until I have the mojo to do so. I'm still a little exhausted perhaps plus my period is about to come and that alone ain't helping. Besides aching everywhere, I'm also feeling so sleepy - partly because I have been so late going to bed. Tonight, I might break that bad habit and start sleeping early. I guess I'll take it as tomorrow night since its already passed midnight and still I am here updating my blog. Oh well..

Missed 'em badly...

What is it with me? When the weather is crap I become so moody. Poor hubby has to put up all these grumpiness, silences and sulk. I'm like having my PMT everyday. I just snapped at hubby while were watching television downstairs and then I stormed off upstairs and now I have been sulking for like 2 hours. It's not doing me any good at all. Badly need some break. Is the reason why am looking forward for our coming trip to the west country. Although its only short but that's all we need really some family get-away to take some pressure off from house chores and work. Hubby needs it the most as he has been working pretty hard this year and yet he don't get any appreciation not even from me. My bad, yeah? But hey, I love him and just because I don't often show it but deep inside in my heart I love him with all my heart. I'm just missing my family back in Philippines - it's been 5 years I haven't able to visit them. That's pretty long. Hopefully things will work out better for me and my plan this year. Ah, finger cross!

Its nearly weekend and before that, I have to go to work one more day and voila...it's my holiday that I been waiting for months. Though its only a week but heck, I still look forward to it. Even more that this weekend I plan to go shopping and buy all the things that we need for our mini-break. I have few coupons that needed to redeem before it got expired. Oh, to those who have lowe’s coupons at dropdowndeals so, please do not forget to redeem it as soon as possible. If I'm right they have these daily deals and local deals that we wouldn't want to miss out. Gotta hunt for great bargains. That's what we do, nowadays. After years of hesitation I finally got one. I thought its about time for me to try this world popular gadgets. Behind my curious mind there is this hesitation that tells me not to get involve with whatever the latest gadget in this earth. But what the heck! I'm so addicted to it already and knowing I only got this handy electronics a month ago. Well, I got a really good deal and thought why wait for the latest model when you can get the older one in less than half of the price of the new one. Still had to be practical for there are some other priorities in life. As long as I have a mobile I can use everyday at the same time can entertain me when boredom strike. And guess what? Its doing more than I thought it can. I'm basically in to it and enjoying every inch and ounce of my new toy. Love it, absolutely God sent!

Local 2nd hand furniture shop

Yesterday while heading home from the park we passed by the old second hand furniture in the town and with a little glance through its window hubby saw some bar supplies for sale. Its been a while that we are looking for stool bar (specifically) and other stuff like for our kitchen drinking bar area. This second hand furniture shop comes very handy as they sell stuff as good as brand new in such a low price. Its where we bought our dining chairs and few other house furniture. Not only they have the most affordable price for a second hand shop but they also pick the most high quality furniture. It's a good old shop, I tell you. If you see all our purchased, you wouldn't believe its only second hand. More likely, it cost hundreds of pounds brand new and to get it as cheap as £40 - its total bargain! Why spend more, if you can get quality stuff in such a cheaper price?

That's my schedule or shall I say my routine. I work 4 days from Friday to Monday and then off Tuesday to Thursday. Well, I don't tend to work Sundays but if there an OT offer then I make sure to grab it. I'll never say No to earning more...to whoever wants to offer me a business then I'll grab with wide open arms. Well, some Sundays I need to spend it with my Family or some weekends that I am force not to work especially when my husband starting to make noise that I have no time for them during weekends anymore. So, what can be a better days but with the family's right? So, I still have priorities and that's them, my family - my husband + my kids - my life and my everything.

Not a year passed when my kids will not get sick especially my sons. They are more prone to bugs and viruses. Times like this, I'd wish we have healthcare insurance or such. Medicare part D plan is more of a promising and is the one that I'm currently pondering of getting if I can get my behalf to agree with it. Not all the time we can rely on our savings as there are lots of unexpected expenses once in a while. At least if we have a form of healthcare plans we got something to fall back to, right? Well, I'll better try discussing it with hubby again to see if I can get him agree this time. Our conversation last time was going nowhere so, I gave up in the end. Anyway, I hope you all have medicare plans if not then you should get one now.

Slight Changes

I know you can't really tell in the picture but I personally thought that I'm slightly toning-up after weeks of doing Wii Fit and Zumba. Well, I don't do it everyday but when I do it, I tend to complete whole 30 minutes and few occasions 45 minutes. I do it like twice or 3 times a week and few weekends I jogged for half an hour. Not much changes or result straight away but recently I noticed that I toned up a bit. My legs, my bum and my tummy. Though, I tend to eat quite a lot during day time but is trying to stop myself munching at night time. I find myself craving for more carbohydrates and sweets but maybe this is just the effect of my exercise. Anyway, I hope to continue this good start of my healthy lifestyle. Or is it? I don't really limit myself when it comes to food as my husband always say that I don't need to for I'm naturally slender and petite. Well, I might be but that doesn't mean I am fit, right? Ah, as long as I am happy of what I'm doing then so be it. I'm quite satisfied to release some endorphins twice a week and can still carry on my all those food delights that I craved day after day. I'll sure get there in the end.

Wishing for an Xbox...

Just got them (my kids) a Wii few months ago and now my son is wishing for an xbox, already? I was totally shocked when my 5 year old demand for an xbox last night. He got bored of the Wii already and wanted a new electronic games. We thought it would take them at least a year to ask for anything. Goodness, aren't kids these days are a little spoiled? So, guess what? I told him to wait until he is 7 to get what he wish for. Or work a little harder on his school and maybe...(only maybe) we will get him an xbox as a reward. To be fair, he has a great school report but still he has to wait at least a year or so to get another gaming stuff. Dear oh dear! What the kids are like these days?

Off is over again...

My days off are almost over - back to working again. Though I'm only part-time but still I get tired and wish I can stay at home everyday of the week. I work only Monday and Friday but recently I accepted overtime and that's during weekend where I can earn more without paying any babysitter. Hubskie is my babysitter for the weekend. I need to earn more as I spend more...hehe. Anyway, tomorrow's my daughter's sports day and I have to go watch it since Daddy is going for his meeting. Glad its morning as its my only available time. I haven't done any cleaning yet so, I'll be stuff in the morning. Not sure how long the sports day takes. If its all morning then I don't have a time to clean the house. Maybe, I leave it until Saturday night. Not that bad at the moment though. Its just that I'm used to my routine of cleaning the house every Friday morning before I go to work. Anyway, I better get going - its getting late in here:)

I'm getting sleepy now and I should be going to bed but I'm so engrossed watching this Filipino Series entitled, "Reputasyon", "Amaya", "Munting Heredera" and "Sinner or Saint". These are the "Teleserye" that I'm currently following every single day. The story are awesome and so far so good. I just hope that Director wouldn't tweak it around too much just to make the story longer like any other Filipino TV soaps. It always start great then somewhere in the middle they tweak it too much that it loses its plots and made the watcher or viewer bored. Anyway, so much for that...On the other hand, I should be getting ready to rest for I have an early tomorrow. But couldn't let go of my current fascination...metal buildings has totally caught my interest all of a sudden. I think part of it is my thought of building a little empire for my family back in Philippines. It all started from searching building designs and such...Ah, I wish to pursue all my future plans.

Filipino breadroll/ Pandesal

After many years I craved for Pandesal (Filipino bread roll) I finally made/baked some. Only few weeks ago when I have the mojo to finally do it. Since we move house I have been trying to bake or do some more cooking. Just trying to imposed a healthy lifestyle for my family sake. And, the result of my very first bread roll baking was... just as good. The only advised I got from my critics is to put a little salt next time, lol. But, all in all, I did a great job to think that it was my first time. As always, I'm documenting it out and here it is....

Mending Tips and such...

Our new house is looking more like a home now. After we spent a fortune in it. New boiler, added radiators and new hot water tank as well as sun room revamped. Everything added and now we are officially skint. So, there will be no spending for 6 months and maybe onwards, lol. Got to diet and etc. Anyway, after nearly 2 months (on and off) knowing these builders, we (me and hubby) has learned many things about buildings and fixing and mending stuff as well as fittings and various materials and equipment. So, the next time our house needing for mending we should be up for it. Tubing Bender is another new thing that we learnt. Ah, hiring professional carpenters are such a good idea. Not only they make our house a home, they also taught and show us many things that might be handy in our everyday living. It's a good thing sharing ideas and knowledge, doesn't it?

Anniversary '11

As blessed as I am, is just right to give thanks to the "Highest" for the wonderful family, kids, friends, family and everything that came with it. Having celebrated another year of our marriage is an amazing thing. I thanked God for giving me such a loving, understanding, humble and forgiving husband in the whole wide world. Not so grateful when he is grumpy of course, lol. But, he is just a human after all. [Wink]. Anyway, this is how simple we celebrated our anniversary - dined out (only me and hubby) then back home for pictures2x, lol. The kids waited patiently with my very good friend who baby sit them for few hours. It was good!

Having switched into a different provider gave us quite a nightmare signals at times or shall I say, really poor signals. But, I think we could boost our signals by getting one of this indoor antennas and install it as soon as possible. Ah, we didn't plan to switch provider but unfortunately our previous provider didn't have coverage in our new area. Too bad! But, as I say we could get indoor antennas to be able to get that faster connection like we used to have at our old place. Having said that, I'll go check for the top rates antennas online. I'll let you all know the outcome of this plan in my next update, alright? Goodnight 'ya all!

Why I always leave it too long to update my blog? I've got about 4 blogs in total but none of it are up-to-date. I mean, I just don't have the time in the world to write into my blog everyday. Well, I could probably squeeze a little time for it and exactly right now that my lot are all asleep. But the problem sometimes is that, I can get so engrossed with other things online such as; browsing on e-bay, editing photos and scrapbooking. Well, at least today I finally have the mojo to blog and letting you all know that I'm pretty okay, doing alright, surviving everyday and was very productive all day today. Ah, looks like a brighter day is coming on its way. I hope I didn't speak too soon. Its already 5 minutes to 6 am and I have been wife awake since 3am. I didn't plan to stay this long but few online task are time consuming. Ah, I now consider to go for a jog while my lot are still deep asleep. Hopefully, little Will will stay asleep though or will have a grumpy Daddy woken up by his noise. Oh, as I remember I need to print some photos for my son's Wow book sharing this week. Might stop by in town and get some inkjet printers as my online orders will not arrived till Friday. Might get few others things too. Like my lunch for later. I would have gone completely insane without mags, papers and online news. Oh, my online Filipino shows too. Its few of the things that keeps me going besides my kids of course. Yes, as I mentioned in my previous entry, our weather ain't helping at all. Anyway, showbiz news fascinates me the most. With all these cheating rats (footballer to be precised) probably needs to stay in a sex rehab for the rest of their lives. Goodness! How can they live a life like that? Do they have some conscience and self-respect at all? Its absurd! Not a fan of any footballers though. Any cheating morons are not attractive at all. Putting them in a rehab will surely help them back to being a normal human being again. Some say, its simply an obsession. Whatever the reason behind, its not acceptable at all. Don't get me wrong though as I have so much respect for those men who stayed faithful to their marriage. I simply look-up to them and say, that's what men should be. Real men, I supposed. Its important for men to have a "word of honour". As they exchanged vows (if they remembers of course) to love, to be loyal, to be faithful and have eyes only to their wife. Well, they might argue about how they don't pledge to have their "d**k" only to their wife but that shouldn't take a brain cells to work out what a marriage package deal is. Blimey, these cheating rats irritates me! They should be sent out to hell!

Boring old weather

I felt so wasted yesterday, did nothing but sat down in front of TV most of the day. Though, I did my Zumba but that was only for 15 minutes as my little one keep bugging on me to play with him. Didn't plan to be so unproductive - it just happened. [LOL]. Must be linked to our crappy weather. I tend to get less enthusiastic of doing chores when its so gloomy out. It somehow affects my mode and worst my motivation just fades away. The sun is my inspiration to be more active and to be less sluggish. Ah, feel so hopeless with it. I will see today if Mister Sunshine will be kind enough to shine up for me. If not, then it would be another boring days.

Just exercise...

I noticed, I'm getting leaner just after a week of doing my exercise. My doctor's advised is to avoid crash diet and especially when breastfeeding. So, I tend to eat 3 full meals a day and some snacks in between meals. I'm working on it and I'll sure get there where I wanted to be. I'm happier and fitter and that's what's its all about.

Finally, I started doing Wii fit - just last week when the hubby bought the kids their Wii and lots of Wii games came with it too. Of course, hubby had to pay for it separately as their no such things as "Free" anymore these days. It costly but I must say its all worth it. While the kids enjoyed their games, I also enjoyed my Wii fit. Ah, I'm working to be lean before summer and looks like I'm getting there. At facebook a so-called friend said, Wii fit is rubbish but all I can say is, we're individual and believed in different ways of things to get fit. While I believed that Wii fit is my thing the others also believed ab cuts diet pills and such. Yes, it really depends on individual. I have nothing against any of it, I'll just do whatever I think is right for me. So, if I'm happy with it then so be it, right?

Couldn't keep up

Guess who's climbing up in Daddy's desk right now? Ah, I'm so tired of following him around. Why is it, that toddlers can't sit still even for a second? Put him down in the floor and the next thing I know he's up somewhere doing thing that he shouldn't be doing. How can be so impossible to stay in one place. All I ask is even for few minutes until I finish updating my blog. Ah, motherhood it is - joy? Ah, I couldn't keep up!
Anyway, I better have a quick read about Acneticin before I take my little one upstairs in his room for a nap. I kinda looking for acne cream for myself as my previous wasn't the best and didn't help getting rid of my acne's. Acneticin, from its name it sounds promising already.

Chores waiting....

Its Thursday - cleaning time as Friday's a working time. Looking at the state of our house its like the Tsunami just gone passed us. The messed are everywhere - I don't know where I start. Not only that, the laundry is piling up day after day. I have stocked of ironing to do but its kinda impossible to do it at once when you have a toddler to keep an eye of at all the times. At the moment, he is not so keen on my living him on his playpen or playroom. Separation anxiety hits at this stage of his life and that he wants Mummy on his sight 24/7. Ah, I'll just have to do it while he's asleep but when that would be? He seems so active these days climbing up and down in the stairs liek "Yoyo", I can't even sit down for second. Anyway, I have to take him with me in his room so at least I could start sorting out his clothes and Kuya while he plays with books or his toys. After searching about Sferra of course. It got me curious after a friend talked about it in chat the other day. Who knows, it might me something to keep me beautiful. Well...I have to see, yeah? Let the chores wait for a minute, lol.

Bluebells photoshoots

Like we do every year, we go to bluebells wood and take family pictures. But, this year it was only me and my older two because baby Will was asleep so hubby had to take him straight to Granny's house (MIL)after dropped us at the entrance to woodlands. Since it was a very windy day I had to bring with me some warmer clothes. So, underneath my green clothes was a blue jeans to keep me warm, lol. Yeah, it took my fancy to have this kind of shoot. Thanks to my kids for cooperating with me. My 5 yr old did really great in taking these photos.

Its funny how hubby and I talked about our past. Almost every night we have a 1-2-1 talked and I think it is necessary for a couple to have this kind of intimacy. Back when we are still dating, I can still remember how he told me the time when he was still smoking cigars. I asked if he had any famous cigars or really good ones. He said, Yes. And, If I am right, he still have boxes of cigars in his Father's garage but I don't know about cigars brands at all. Oh well, I'll hope to find it out soon!

Been to this place 6 years ago and just visited again since then. It was a great choice and the Lewis town was quite astonishing too besides its castle. Finally made it this time! The other night I accidentally saw hubby's monitor that he was looking for an anniversary gift for me. He caught me but I quickly pretend that I didn't anything. But the truth is, I did peek a bit and it look so exciting. And besides, he already got me an advance anniversary present which he handed to me the other day. However, he said there's another exciting thing for me coming and I had in mind that he was looking for this everlon diamonds few months ago. Could it be it? I read about lipozene reviews last night and it seems very interesting. After that, I feel asleep beside my baby boy and the next thing I know it was already morning. As if I am doing anything about my weight. Actually, its all because of breastfeeding my little one. It helped a lot. I can't do any dieting unless I wean my little one. But I am thankful that it somehow help me back in shape little by little. I must admit, exercise would probably do the trick but I am just too lazy and can't be bother to do some these days. I wait until my baby is a bit bigger and maybe I will stop breastfeeding then I can think of taking a fitness lesson. How's that? No promises though, I say I'll wait until then.

Titanium ring...

Would you believe if I say I haven't seen a titanium rings? Its true - I don't deny it. And now, all of a sudden I am having interest of searching for one. I don't know but it just came out of the blue. Might have something to do with my sister's being engaged to her long time bf. As we talked about their upcoming wedding, we have discussion about on what kind of rings their having. I suggested it should just be plain gold but her bf want something fancy in it. So, what do you guys think? Any suggestion? Please, will you share it with me here? It would be great! Will a titanium a good idea?

Barbecue anyone?

The entire month of April was amazingly glorious - weather wise. Apparently, it'll be our warmest month this year. Glad, we took the most of it and did barbecue almost everyday. My friends came over twice and the kids had fun in the paddling pool. I must say, it was the best April we ever had. I wish summer would be the same but guess not. Anyway, here's our barbecue...feel free to drool, lol.

For their church

When I thought I was bad when it comes to shopping and buying stuff impulsively but I actually wasn't as I have a friend who is more worst than me. When she sees thing that she thought she like, she'll get it without any hesitation. Whether it is sale or not, she don't really care. Once we popped in to this second hand shop in the town and it happen to have this wooden podium then, the next thing I know was, she already paid the thing. I asked where she's going to use it - and she said, she's going to donate it to their church. Well, she's definitely thinking ahead and planned what she wants to spend with her money on that day. And, I supposed it was not a bad buy at all. So, I suggested that perhaps she should buy a candle stand along with the podium. She did in our last stop.

Our Flat is now rented...

It was such a relief to see our flat rented so quickly after it was being done decorated. Two guys signed for a year contract and that covers pretty much the mortgage and such. Yes, we spent a lot of money having it all painted, new windows, new carpets too. Since, the flat is located nearby the town, train station, hospitals, shops and etc. So, it let by pretty quickly. We are happy to keep it and have it rented and pays itself. Who knows, in 5 years time we will invest more and buy another flat. We will see how this one goes first. But it looks like a very promising investment. Here's few photos I snap the night before the new people move in.

Pay back time

‎-kids last day of school tomorrow (Christian's finish @ 1:30pm and 2pm for Ate Kk - I'll be at work but we're lucky enough to have Tita Bea around). Anyway, at least the kids don't have school for 2 and a half weeks (Easter break) and won't be back until the 27th. At last, I can enjoy just being at home and do some gardening, unpacking more boxes and organising.

Btw, I'll be heading out to bed soon as it is nearly midnight here again. Didn't plan to stay up this late but I got hooked up into number of things online and FB is one of it, lol. Right now, I also have to check something very important - about disability application and such. Just a friend of mine asked it yesterday and I want to return all the favour she did to me when I needed her help regarding with my blog. So, now its payback time. Hope I can get out as many information about what she asked.

Spring is here and smelling summer too

I can already smell the summer. Well, this year is kinda exciting for me - though I am not going to anywhere but being in our new home is enough to keep me occupied and busy for the next seasons. Our weather lately are very nice and I pray it will continuously like this until the summer. But, I know that is too much to ask for. So, I thought of just taking advantage and enjoy of what we have rather than we have not yet. Come what may, I'll be always grateful. With all the blessings we receive recently, I have nothing to complain about. Only one thing I am really and heartily praying and I will reveal it only to "HIM". He knows the best for us and whatever "HE" decide to give us, we will be always thankful.

Anyway, here's a picture of me taken last couple weeks ago on my way to shop with the boys. The day was not too warm but not too cold either - it was something bearable for me to wear summery clothes anyway.

Since we have the best weather so far, I thought of enjoying it as it might only last for this week. As the world knows how crazily cold Britain's weather. So, gotta get off in here now and start cooking my lunch. I will have stir fry noodles with veg in it and then I should head out to enjoy the beautiful weather before I go pick up my kids from school. Tomorrow its going to be lovely too but I'm not able to enjoy it as I'll be sitting in front of the checkout assisting Friday shoppers. But, that's life - we have to work in order to live and to enjoy. Its exactly the same with our health, it has to be balance, right? Okay, I know this is getting boring so I shall stop in here!

Heads and blemishes free

So many questions I encounter day by day and this time, I was seriously asked by a friend of how to get rid of whiteheads? I told her I'm not the expert therefore she asked the wrong person. Why not go see a professional or dermatologist, yeah? To be honest, I have the same problem for years now. I couldn't get rid of my own blackheads and whiteheads. I have used so many different cream for it but still its not going away. Suddenly, I thought that maybe I have used the wrong cream so seeing a dermatologist might help. I went this morning to the clinic and book for an appointment but its not until 2nd week of April. Ah, I couldn't wait for I am tired looking my face with this horrible heads. Well, there is this link where they have tips of this exactly kind of problem. So, might as well check it out.

Tall and beautiful

The trees are from Tilgate park and lake. As we walk by the Lake side we passed by this tall and beautiful trees. I stopped and took a good picture of it and so glad it came out great. As they say, "everything has its own beauty but not everyone sees it" but, with this trees, I've seen its defying beauty every time I go to this park. I'm even so fascinated by its tallness and thought, how lucky I am to have seen this wonderful world of nature. I can't complain life as it gives me so much joy every single seconds of it. I love life! Its beautiful!

One and Only

Daddy is so great to us and always thought of us all the time. Just this morning before he left to work really early he kissed us all and even left some coins for the kids pocket money and activity fees. Kath needed £2 for her swimming every Thursday and I took the rest and bought something for little Willy in the town. Its not only this morning - it is actually his daily routine to make sure we are alright for the rest of day. Although, I have money and own bank account but still it didn't stop him to think of us. How nice to have a husband like him - I'm truly blessed! In return I always pray for his safety and that God will keep his hands with him throughout the day. Love this man with all my heart. The best Daddy in the world too.

We're so lucky to have lived just nearby everything. Its such a convenient for me since I don't drive. We're pretty much close to everything such as bus stations, train stations, shops, towns, parks, schools and etc. So, during weekends we can just hop on the car or go for an afternoon walk or to the park. I'm loving being in the area like this - it helps me a lot in many ways especially not to feel homesick all the time. My life keep me busy and active that I don't have time to think that I am not in my homeland. I'm used to my new adopted country now and I am grateful. Also, thankful for the people here who are so warmth to me and I don't feel stranger at all. I felt like I belong here and that is a great signed!

Possible jobs

Another glorious day today - thanked God for it! I just came back from sending my kids to their school. Of course, along with my little one though we dropped by at the clinic to rebook my 13th month's old immunisation for I missed it last week. My bad, I know! But its better late than never! Anyway, I am about to fix my lunch and of course the kids early dinner for later and this time I have to make them steam vegetables. I better check out charlotte jobs so, I can get started of my cooking as soon as possible because my tummy is already rumbling. Hope it'll be what I expected - I have to keep looking for alternative job in case.

FIL's 74th

Cheers to the 74th day of his life and many more years to come yet! This is my Father in-law and he was just celebrating another year of his healthy and strong life. It was couple weeks ago when he invited us down to celebrate a late Family Christmas lunch and an early birthday celebration. We had a great time and we hope for more family get together to come.

The Final Countdown...

Yes! We are definitely moving and this time, we have the date fixed. So, expect some real excitement here and there from me. I'll be engaged soon doing extra jobs, painting and decorating our new home to-be. I'm truly, truly excited, super duper to the highest level. I (or we) have been waiting for quite a long time already and its happening. I now have the final countdown. List of things I need to buy and one of it is le creuset cookware though I already bought a few from the town's special sale. But few seems not enough for me - I need just one more. There is plenty of room in my new kitchen this time so, I can buy all the kitchen stuff that I have been longing to get for years now. Ah, bit by bit I'll get there eventually. Moving house itself is enough to keep me excited for the rest of my life. Yay, couple more weeks to go and we'll be in our new family home.

One day it will...

To be asked as a wedding photographer is such an honour for me as it has been my dream to do so. Was already asked one but unfortunately wasn't able to go due to transport problem. Anyway, few of my very close friend asked me if I could be their wedding photographer and I said, "certainly" without doubt. The problem is, their miles away from me. I know one day it will eventually happen and by that time, I want to be the perfect and prideful wedding photographer I can ever think of. Honestly, it would be a dream come true! So, now I'm kinda practising this specific shoots and even considering of buying books about it. Have been looking online already and still undecided on which one to buy. Any ideas?
