Slight Changes

I know you can't really tell in the picture but I personally thought that I'm slightly toning-up after weeks of doing Wii Fit and Zumba. Well, I don't do it everyday but when I do it, I tend to complete whole 30 minutes and few occasions 45 minutes. I do it like twice or 3 times a week and few weekends I jogged for half an hour. Not much changes or result straight away but recently I noticed that I toned up a bit. My legs, my bum and my tummy. Though, I tend to eat quite a lot during day time but is trying to stop myself munching at night time. I find myself craving for more carbohydrates and sweets but maybe this is just the effect of my exercise. Anyway, I hope to continue this good start of my healthy lifestyle. Or is it? I don't really limit myself when it comes to food as my husband always say that I don't need to for I'm naturally slender and petite. Well, I might be but that doesn't mean I am fit, right? Ah, as long as I am happy of what I'm doing then so be it. I'm quite satisfied to release some endorphins twice a week and can still carry on my all those food delights that I craved day after day. I'll sure get there in the end.
