Filipino breadroll/ Pandesal

After many years I craved for Pandesal (Filipino bread roll) I finally made/baked some. Only few weeks ago when I have the mojo to finally do it. Since we move house I have been trying to bake or do some more cooking. Just trying to imposed a healthy lifestyle for my family sake. And, the result of my very first bread roll baking was... just as good. The only advised I got from my critics is to put a little salt next time, lol. But, all in all, I did a great job to think that it was my first time. As always, I'm documenting it out and here it is....

Thanks! The bakery in NJ that used to send PanD to upstate NY must have gone out of business. The rolls are nice to take to work and warm in the microwave (:35 each) at lunchtime!
